Here’s How We Work:
First, a Fiber-Seal representative consults with you to design a custom Prestige Care Program that meets the needs of your facility. That plan includes
- Targeting heavy use areas
- Choosing the right products for the fabrics and carpets you have, and
- Recommending a schedule for regular follow-up care.
This program is the basis for a flexible contract that is monitored and adjusted throughout the year…and year by year.
Second, we clean surfaces when needed, and apply the appropriate Fiber-Seal protective treatments. We coordinate our schedule with yours, so there’s no interference with your workday.
Then, our skilled, certified service personnel come back on a regular schedule to perform follow-up care and handle any special problems. Your Fiber-Seal account executive monitors the work and reports back to you.
And That’s Not All. We also train your staff, so they can solve most problems quickly and easily. And we give them
- A spot-cleaning kit with all the right solutions for all your soft surfaces and
- Clear, written instructions
